Charger doesn’t turn on, the power LED does not illuminate.
- Check alternate power outlet.
- If fault still occurs. Conclusion. Charger is faulty.
Charger turns on (Power LED is red) but doesn’t charge a battery.
- NOTE: There are two LED lights on the charger.
- Power – This is red when the battery charger has power.
- Charge - This is red when the battery is charging and Green when the battery is not requiring charge (E.g.: Fully charged or unplugged).
- If your Charger is Red (Power) and Red (Charge) then your charger should be charging your battery correctly.

- Attempt to charge the battery. After 8hrs of charging the battery does not show signs of charge.
- Conclusion. Charger or battery is faulty.
- If possible, use another charger to charge the same battery. If battery stays flat, problem is likely the battery. If battery chargers, problem is likely faulty first charger.
- Conclusion. Either battery or charger is faulty.
Charge LED does not illuminate red when I plug my charger in.
- Please check that the charger is installed correctly with a good connection on the bike console.
- Remove the battery from the bike and connect the battery charger directly to the battery.
- Try another battery charger.

Charge LED is Green but my battery is flat/Not charging.

- Remove the battery from the bike and connect battery directly to the battery.
- Try another battery charger.
- Conclusion. Either battery or charger or connection is faulty.
