GenX5 Bike stops intermittently

Questions : 

• Is the battery secured using the battery strap? 
• Is the battery plug secured and locked into place? 
• Were you riding on uneven / bumpy surfaces while this occurred? 
• What is the battery charge percentage? 
• Has the bike been submerged in water beyond the foot pegs? 
• Is it an ADV bike? Does the bike go into neutral? If so the kickstand switch may be faulty.
