What is Service campaign and Recall?

From time to time we will initiate either a service or recall campaign to improve the quality and safety of your UBCO vehicle.  

With an overly cautious approach to safety and quality, we will initiate these campaigns over and above any regulatory requirements. We encourage you to participate in our service or recall campaigns and will let you know what you need to do.
